Spider Legs and Lip-Touched Cookies

Today i learned that the average chocolate bar contains approximately eight spider legs inside. GROSS. Victoria, my friend, agrees. At lunch today, victoria touched a warm cookie to her lips, prepared by her lovely assistant Nicole. Just shortly later, she offered Mrs. Khan a cookie...and Mrs Khan grabbed and coonsumed the lip-touched cookie. Little did she know that there was Victoria germs ALL OVER IT! if Mrs. Khan ends up with a horrible flu, fever, or even the common cold....we know who to blame. over and out.

Just Another Manic Monday.

Monday monday monday. oh boy. Days such as this are always quite difficult to get through...but hey, i made it...and obviously you did as well :) Today in my 6+ hours of schooling i learned quite a few things...thanks to our lovely staff within the walls of Kamiakin.

First hour: seminary...i learned that 'know-it-alls' need to learn how to know less of it all...because it is quite obnoxious when they "share with the class" every little thing that they know in that brain of theirs, every 2 flippin seconds. BAH! i think this person may suffer from "brain-to-big-for-own-head-itis" in the near future. that poor soul.

Second Hour: Leadership...I learned how difficult it is to make a roman pillar out of butcher paper and a staple gun...that display case will soon look presentable...just maybe.

Third Hour: Statistics...i learned how incredibly SLOW the clock moves when you're waiting for lunch to start. to pass the time, Rachael and I play a mind relaxing game of Battle-Star Gallactica to keep our brains in focus and our eyeballs from being fried from staring at the clock as we wait for that blasted bell to ring. Always does the trick :)

Fourth Hour: Government...i learned that i need to get a translator. i love the pakistani culture, dont get me wrong...but them accents are the devil to understand. oh how i wish ms. khan's microphone was working. someday.

Fifth Hour: AP Lit...I learned how fabulously stunning those night-gown dresses are...pockets or not. i have counted up to three in McGuinness's wardrobe...and i've got a feeling that there are many more where those came from! if only i knew her address and personal phone number so i could borrow a couple. im a fan of her choice of the festive floral print for today...what a great way to start off the week. Kudos to you Kathy. May you inspire me more in this, my senior year.

Sixth Hour: AP Psych...I learned how incredibly stupid i can be. Bisson did a game with us where we had to figure out what the main rule was. Throughout said game, i had many theories as to what i assumed it was...of course every single one was wrong. Slowly other students caught on, and i was still stuck and couldnt, for the life of me, figure out what it was. By the end...i was the lone ranger. he kept giving hints...and i managed to make a fool out of myself in front of the class, multiple times, as i made guesses as to what it could possibly be. Eventually, i came out triumphant, thus resulting in a fist-bump/high-five from Bisson. Finally.

So yes, when asked, "what did you learn at school today?" ive got a whole buttload of answers to shoot out. another successful day in the life and times of yours truly.

It is now time for me to retreat to the dungeon...as i partake in that blasted thing we call homework. yay.

I Be Slackin...

Ya dont hate me. i know its been awhile, and all you readers out there have been wondering if dear Abby is still alive...and just to reassure you worry warts...IM ALIVE AND KICKIN! i aint lying :)
So here's an update on whats new...im a fan of the bullets...

• I still have a mad love for noodles
• McGuinness was having a "crazy hectic day"....its jsut for that day tho :)
• fire drill bells always make me almost wet myself every single time.
• Bisson has got what it takes to make any crowd scream and shout. raise the roof baby.
• old people are flippin hilarious
• its embarrassing when you choke on your spit and have a cough attack right as you're called on to read aloud for the class...public humiliation. no bueno.
• its cold and spooky in moses lake at night
• obese males are not allowed to bask in the sunlight in public without a shirt on. especially with young children around. i mean really.
• government class makes me want to barf.
• the sky looks like a crazy peice of something absolutly beautiful after a massive rain. and i will pull over in my car on the side of the road just to stare for however long i wish.
• if you throw a french fry at an old woman...count on her throwing one right back at you. how rude.
• staying up late on a school night is killer for the next four days of school. it sucks when its because you had to finish all of your flippin homework. i think im still suffering.
• dairy queen is not the place for me
• i wish i could run away to cuba. with a friend. kaylee preferrably.

thats just a little bit of whats been happening...crazy silly and ridiculously true things i have noticed :)

Well, fancy week is over, but it was kinda fun. I'm really looking forward to wearing a sweatshirt on Monday rather than a tie. Here are some pictures from the week.

Fancy Week: Day 1

So here's the story. Last week I was sitting in government class and my friend Jacklyn Lacey and I were talking about people that are always dressed up and look really nice during the day. I said that if I had the motivation, I would wear a suit everyday. She said do it! I said ok but only if you wear a dress everyday. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!!!!

Best Day Ever

Today may have been the best day ever at Kamiakin High School!!! We had an assembly today which I got to co-host and we also had pictures. Tonight is also our first football game!! Go Braves!!

Sydney Blaser

I sit next to Sydney Blaser in AP Literature. She is pretty cool, but I don't know her very well, so I am hoping that this year we will be come friends... you know, before I graduate and never see her again. The picture above is of her eye. It's really cool cause she has a birthmark on it.
